From 1 April 2026, we’re having to increase our standard charges on some of our products and services as our supplier have increased our charges.
Why we’re increasing prices, and what it means for you?
No one likes price rises. Sometimes though, they’re a necessary part of business, to help us keep up with the rising costs, and so we can continue delivering or quality services.
As the UK continues to embrace digital technologies, the demand for the connectivity and services that we provide is rising exponentially. To maintain the quality of our services for you, our customers we’re continually investing development and importantly the people who support you.
What’s changing?
There are different types of price changes happening from 1 April 2026, depending on your product service and support agreement.
Each year, our suppliers apply inflation-linked annual price increases at this time, we also review our portfolio to ensure we continue delivering the best possible service and value. As a result, pricing changes will apply to selected Broadband, FTTP, Ethernet, SIP, Cloud, Analogue and Ancillary Services.
These changes will take effect from 1st April 2026 and will apply to both new and existing services.
Please be assured that we carefully consider all pricing adjustments and always endeavour to maintain the best possible value for our customers.
Important Information for Hosted IP Nebula Telephone System Customers
We are pleased to offer Nebula customers a FREE like-for-like transfer and upgrade to our new Flow platform, where there will be no price increase on Flow services.

The Public Switch Analogue Telephone Network Switch Off

- The Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) will close by 31 January 2027.

- There are huge changes currently taking place with the old copper voice network being switched off in 2027. All customers using traditional phone lines will need to move to a digital service before the switch off date.
